FRC First Aid Course EA 1®

FRC First Aid Course EA 1® is Finland’s most popular and best known basic first aid course, which covers a wide range of first aid protocols. The goal is to give the participants confidence to act in the face of both minor injuries and medical emergencies.

The course is ideal for learning the basics of first aid and ensuring first aid competence in high-risk environments.

Completion of the course earns participants a first aid qualification that is valid for three years.

FRC First Aid Course EA 2®

FRC First Aid Course EA 2® is an advanced first aid course that builds on existing knowledge and skills through a variety of practical exercises. The goal is to reinforce participants’ confidence in their ability to help in all kinds of emergencies, including in the face of life-threatening injuries.

The course is designed for people who have already completed FRC First Aid Course EA 1® and want to take their first aid skills to the next level. The course strengthens participants’ first aid skills and focuses on high-risk professional and leisure environments.

Entrants must have a valid FRC First Aid Course EA 1® certificate.

Completion of the course earns participants a first aid qualification that is valid for three years.

The course focuses on emergency first aid. The goal is to reinforce participants’ confidence in their ability to help in life-threatening medical emergencies and to identify the most common sudden illnesses.

The course covers the most important life-saving first aid protocols and provides the knowledge and skills needed to ensure first aid competence in low-risk environments.

FRC Emergency First Aid 8 h doubles as a refresher course for people who wish to renew their existing FRC First Aid Course EA 1® or FRC First Aid Course EA 2® certificate for another three years.

Completion of the course earns participants a first aid qualification that is valid for three years.

The course focuses on emergency first aid and takes place in an online learning environment. The goal is to reinforce participants’ confidence in their ability to help in life-threatening medical emergencies.

The course covers the most important life-saving first aid protocols and provides the knowledge and skills needed to ensure first aid competence in low-risk environments. The online learning environment also features first aid scenarios that are specific to electrical facilities within the meaning of the SFS 6002 electrical safety standard.

Participants complete the course independently at their own pace, taking breaks as required and resuming where they left off.
